I absolutely loved the warm and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration was tastefully done, with beautiful wood furnishings that reminded me of a traditional mountain lodge. The general areas were well-maintained and had plenty of comfortable seating, perfect for seniors like myself to relax and chat with fellow guests. The hotel was also accessible for senior people, with clear signage and handrails throughout the property, ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay.

If I had to suggest one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be to have a designated concierge service specifically for assisting older guests. Sometimes, the children working there seemed busy or overwhelmed, and having someone solely dedicated to providing personalized assistance to seniors would be greatly appreciated.

The variety of choices available was excellent, and we also had a memorable dining experience in the restaurant. The food was simply scrumptious. Additionally, the hotel staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that we had a truly memorable stay.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a wide range of options, and the polite and friendly staff who always made sure I was comfortable. The hotel's location in a quiet district close to walking trails and ski slopes was perfect for a winter getaway. to that, the breathtaking view from the breakfast room made my mornings even better.

The uncomfortable bed was the worst aspect of my stay, leading to a restless sleep. the constant barking of a nearby dog kept me up at night and was quite annoying.

The breakfast and dinners are fabulous, with a wide variety of options. The rooms are spacious and clean, and some even have lovely balconies to enjoy the view.

Breakfast was quite good, with a variety of options to choose from. the location was not bad either, as it was close to hiking trails and ski slopes. the room was also decently sized and clean.

The receptionist was extremely rude and unaccommodating when we asked for an extra bottle of water, even though we had a child with us. the staff also started cleaning our room before the checkout time of 11 am, catching us off guard.
